This past Saturday, one of our favorite clients Mackenzie took part in the Vancouver Halloween Dog Parade and costume contest in Stanley Park. This event was also a fundraiser for Best Friends for Life, an organization that helps homeless pets in Vancouver.
Kenzie decided to dress up as a yellow submarine for the day; she entered into the costume contest and took home the prize for most creative. She also competed in the “tricks for treats” competition, which she won first prize for. Her tricks were sneak, bang, and leave it (with the treat in her cheek). Mackenzie won a lot of cool treats and prizes, including a phone session with a dog psychic! Overall Kenzie had a fantastic day and was happy to help a good cause. Good job Mackenzie!
