Dr. Jessie Dingri

Dr. Dingri has always loved medicine and wanted to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. She decided to pursue veterinary medicine and obtained her BVM&S from the University of Edinburgh, where she graduated with distinction in 2020. She worked as a veterinarian in Scotland, in two first opinion practices, for over 4 years before she followed her dreams and moved to Vancouver in 2024. She has experience in both small family practice and larger hospital settings.

Dr. Jess is a highly driven veterinarian with a keen interest in small animal surgery, dentistry and ophthalmology and plans to undertake a post graduate certificate in the future. She has successfully completed her fear free certification and is looking forward to caring for your furry companions here at Amherst.

Jess grew up in a small village outside of Cambridge in South England. She is excited to experience living in Vancouver and all of the amazing outdoor opportunities. She loves participating in sports and has enjoyed membership of several sporting and social committees. She loves climbing, running and Shukokai Karate.

She considers herself calm and compassionate and is honored to build relationships with you and your pets and looks forward to serving our community.
